At Chudasama Outsourcing, we employ a strategic 5-step process, guiding you seamlessly from inquiry to final delivery to resolve your digital challenges. The timeline for each phase varies based on the complexity of your project. Throughout the journey, we prioritize listening and understanding your needs, enabling us to deliver impactful solutions through our comprehensive BIM services.
Step 01: Inquiry
We receive your inquiry/requirement from the contact form filled up on our website.
Our sales team calls/emails you with a response within 24 hours
Step 02: Understanding The Requirement
We connect with you to understand the details of your project and scope of work.
We work on a pilot project (if required) of about 8-man hours to demonstrate our capabilities to work as per your expectations and also to estimate time realistically.
We sign your Non-Disclosure Agreement,if required.
Step 03: Pricing and Engagement
You approve our pilot delivery.
We work on the best engagement model, pricing, and timelines and submit our proposal/ quote to you for review and approval.
Our engagement model includes Full Time Equivalent (FTEs), Fixed or Transaction based Pricing like per Drawing or Model, and more.
Step 04: Signing of Agreement
Once you approve our engagement model, pricing, and timelines, we sign an SLA or Contract as per the mutually agreed delivery timelines and payment terms.
We move on to the Project kick-off stage where Project Managers and Coordinators on both sides are introduced to each other, along with the Work Flow and Processes to be followed by our team.
Step 05: Project Delivery
We work on your project and share regular updates with you and your project managers as agreed mutually.
We offer direct access to FTEs, who work as your dedicated resource. You can fully manage their work allocation as per your project requirements.
